  • "Being a Landlord can be an occupation where you can feel as though you are on your own. Being a Member of the LPA allows me to discuss issues with other like minded, responsible Landlords, to be better informed of regulatory requirements whilst hopefully influencing them and being supported if necessary."
    Miles Pickard
    Member for 20 years
  • "Since the LPA was formed back in 1972 it has been vital to the Leeds Private Rented Sector and has provided ‘one voice’ throughout local and central government. I truly believe that without the LPA we would have not been able to shape and influence many of the legislation that we see today. I enjoy the camaraderie of the LPA...."
    John Spencer
    Member for 20 plus years
  • "The Leeds Property Association has a vast amount of knowledge/experience among its members, which is shared amongst one another. The documentation and guides the association provides to members is in-depth, up to date with changes in legislation and it is used across my portfolio."
