In Leeds at this time of year a great many HMO licences are due for renewal.

One of the conditions of the HMO licences is the manager or the licence holder has to attend within 6 months from the date of commencement of the licence a training course approved by Leeds City Council. And you must be able to produce on demand written evidence of such attendance.

If the licence holder and the manager are different people, both need to complete the course.

If you haven’t attended such training in the past, or you are looking to change either the licence holder or manager of the HMO, then the below training would be recommended to comply with the above clause.
